Melanie is great!! She helped us through the entire process of finding our dream home, was always available for questions and tours, did some virtual tours for us when we weren’t in town, and was always on top of everything: seller’s agent communication, documentation, negotiation. She was always proactive and willing to help. Buying a home can be really stressful and trying to negotiate on little things is one more stress to add to the pile, but so important in the big picture. And she was always there to help! She made the process really easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend her!
